How do I return a product ?
Please return all items, with the box undamaged. When you try them on, please stand on a clean, carpeted surface to protect the soles and ensure the items do not crease.
We advise to keep the packaging box the item is delivered in to protect the item in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, unwashed, tags attached, and in their original packaging. Any supplied boxes and accessories must also be returned as these are deemed as part of the product. If these are not returned, we will give you the option of returning them at your own cost or taking an amount out of any refund requested.
We reserve the right to adjust returns if the returned products are not received in new condition. We do not refund the original shipping charge.
For all UK returns, please use the Royal Mail link below and follow the steps in the portal using your name and order number and reason for return. We aim to process returns within 5 working days.

How do I return an international order ?
International returns US and Europe are paid by the customer
Please reach out to contact@gymsole.co.uk to initiate your International return, stating your full name, order number, country the goods are being sent from and the reason for your return.
If you are returning goods from outside of the UK, ensure that the parcel and any paperwork attached to it are clearly marked as ‘returned goods with the original tracking number visible. This will avoid your parcel being held by customs and incurring duties, which we do not pay and may result in the package being returned to you.
Postage charges (including any taxes and duty) for returning goods are your responsibility. Please request a proof of postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.

How do I clean my sneakers?
Caution: When attempting to clean your Gymsole sneakers, please test the cleaning process on a section of the sneaker which is not visible, such as the outer edges of the tongue. This is to ensure that the mild soap used does not affect the colour or material.
Canvas: Using a damp cloth, rub gently with lukewarm water and mild soap. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY.
Leather/Synthetic: Using a damp cloth, rub gently with lukewarm water and mild soap. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY.
Suede: Brush away dirt with a suede brush, when dry. DO NOT USE WATER. DO NOT MACHINE DRY.
Drying: Dry at room temperature, stuff with paper to help maintain their shape. Change paper occasionally throughout drying process. To prolong the life, DO NOT APPLY DIRECT HEAT.

Please keep in mind vulcanised sneakers are made by hand and can have differences in shape, colour and construction this is what gives the shoes their unique authentic classic style.
